Can you update the injury status of the Oriole players . Very surprised to hear Dean Kremer went on 60 day disabled list . Ryan H — due back soon or not. ?? And the others
Kremer was already on the injured list and was transferred to the 60-day to open a 40-man roster spot. Kremer is rehabbing in Sarasota, has a strained right quadriceps and he is eligible to return on June 19. He has yet to go on a rehab assignment so we don't know yet if he will make it back then or it will be later.
Helsley told reporters that he threw a bullpen this weekend. He threw 15-20 pitches and felt good. They hope he can go on rehab soon.
The Orioles don't give injury timetables so that is all we got.
Steve I watched the Birdland Territory with Buck and yes I subscribed. As I am sure you remember I am a big Showalter fan. I really enjoyed the interview and look forward to more great stuff from you on both venues.
Good solid homestand at 7-3. The starters are looking better and Kremer on the mend. The Pen will improve Helsley should be back soon and along with Garcia the back end looks very strong. Need to play 500 on the road trip and make headway when the team gets back to Camden Yards. Go Os
No jinx here. When they win and good stuff happens, I write and discuss. When they lose and bad stuff happens, I write and discuss. All winter, I write and discuss. I have NOTHING to do with any results.
For me it is too dramatic for two games. It's more about the last 2 weeks - offense, starters, defense all trending up. That needs to hold up more often than not for 102 more games.
If the offense can score more consistently without the need for home runs, and the starting pitching keeps improving from all 5 starters, this will be a playoff team. They just can't rely on the homer run to score because against good pitching those will be hard to come by.
Got out 7 wins out of 10 game home stand, on to June. Looking at schedule realistically hoping for a 17-10 month which will put us 3 games over .500 🤞
Need to keep Gibson and Young in the rotation. We did something right with these 2. Go Birds. A maybe season saving 2 wins.

Thank you. Brandon Young should be in rotation now ; Trey Gibson as a back up but down in Norfolk.
Young is in the rotation. He's made 8 starts.

Sorry. I should have put a happy face emoji on that to indicate I was joking. ... Not a joke: I appreciate your coverage and insight.
Is it too early to say that was a season saving two game win streak?
