The O's need to start finding more regular at-bats for Coby Mayo
He has started just two of their past 11 games
After struggling badly to start his big league career, over 41 at-bats last season for the Orioles and over his first 36 at-bats this year, young Coby Mayo finally started to hit in the last two weeks of June.
But when the calender turned to July, he could not get in the lineup. He has started just two of the last 11 O’s games and started just one time on the six games of the homestand that ended Sunday.
What gives?
Why can’t a top 100 prospect get on the field much for an O’s team that is well back in the playoff race?
