I'm having a hard time seeing a playoff team also. Disappointed in overall play of O'Neil and Laureano as OF as well as Mateo and Mountcastle as IF. Dumb play by Cowser to be out for several months. Slow start by Henderson after injury. Mysterious poor start by Westburg? Poor lineups by Hyde. Should be playing the only 2 hot players Mullins and Urias every game, left or right. Pitching staff is a mess right now. I don't see how they can get it all together in time to compete for a playoff spot. I hope I'm wrong.
It’s the pitching staff. The hitting will come around. They were not upfront with Westy’s injury. I don’t know what he’s struggling with or if he’s over it. Elias failed in the off season. That’s the fundamental problem.
